Feeding Favia

I just got a new frag of Baby's Breath last week and I've yet to catch it with feeders out. To facilitate it I've turned all pumps off and squirted cyclopeeze over it letting it drift down on top. One mouth seemed to have a slight attachment to one of them but never ingested it. My nassarius started attacking the area soon there after.

Today I did the same thing with PE Mysis. just let it drift down on top of the coral. No tentacles again but the mouth started to purse out (kissy-face) but never did anything.

I've had this guy since friday and I'm guessing he hasn't eating yet. It is in a nutrient low sps system, on my sand bed with a 250w de phoenix 14k w/ luminarc pendant.

I'm leaving on vacation tomorrow (thursday) until next monday. Do I need to worry about getting him to eat before I go? Not sure if it matters but I have oogles of pods in my tank.

How often should they be fed. Would putting some cyclopeeze in the water after lights out and let it blow around help?

I fed my favia frag pieces of mysid shrimp today. They didn't have their tentacles out, so I had to hold it touching the mouth until it finally grabbed it. It took a while and many mysids for it to finally grab hold, but it finally ate. Mine only has 3 heads. If you're willing, try that. But keep in mind, I'm no expert. Just got the favia this weekend and I also was afraid it wasn't getting anything to eat.
