Feeding fry rotifers question

I was wondering how I should feed clown fish fry rotifers. Do I take the 20% of water I remove from the rotifer culture and pour it into the tank with the fry. And how is the rotifer sieve supposed to be used?
Thanks

NO, do not pour rotifer culture water into your clown larval tank. Pour that water into the drain, and replace with clean water.

To use the sieve: pour 20-30% of culture water through it. This will capture the rots while disposing of the dirty culture water. Next take sieve, put into larval tank sideways and slosh around. When removing it, take precautions not to capture any larva.

Thanks I was thinking it was something like that but wasn't sure.
