It depends on the tank set up and seascaping. If they aren't too easy for the seahorse to hunt them down you might get a few days out of them.
They will eat more than they need if they can get them.

I feed mine frozen brine and frozen Hikari mysis mixed about 1 to 3.
Twice a week I feed them adult brine shrimp enriched with Dans Feed from seahorsesource.com.
