Feeding LPS

Just want to share my feeding time for LPS, comments and critic welcome

Frozen silverside and I dip em in vitamins before

Are they frozen or thawed when you dip the vitamins. What vitamin are you using

I use a mixture of vita chem , selcon , I let the silverside thaw in the vitamin mix before I feed. Also do the same thing for fish ... Btw nice wrasse pict u have there , I'm a wrasse anthuthiast .
