Feeding my carpet

What's the healthiest thing I can feed my carpet? As of right now I'm basting him lightly with PE mysis shrimp. But he is so łarge I feel like I should be feeding him something more substantial. I've heard silversides are not the best way to go. I was wondering what some of you guys feed em. Thanks!

I always feed mine fresh salmon soaked in selcon.

BTW most of the nems nutrients should be coming from your lighting. I know some people who never feed theres

Fresh Salmon is good

I alternate between Salmon, krill, scallops.. all soaked in Selcon. They love it.
