Feeding my corals?

I feed my LPS corals but not my SPS, should I feed my SPS also? I only have 1 small fish so they are not getting much in the way of fish waste. If I should feed SPS what do you recommend?

I have never fed mine specifically but I have have several fish. They do enjoy a good blowing off of the rocks every couple of weeks in addition to the little pieces of fish food and fish waste they catch. People that do feed typically use cyclopeeze, oyster eggs and rotifers if I'm not mistaken.

I feed mine rotifers right after lights out about twice a week.

There seems to be little evidence to prove that feeding or not feeding is the best choice. In my efforts to have a zero nitrate tank I will not feed.
