Feeding my Micros

Ok I have a slight problem feeding my micros these days. Dont get me wrong they love to eat. The problem is, so do the fish in the tank. When i feed cyclopeeze there is never a problem, i run into problems when i try to feed larger foods. The fish are constantly stealing and forcefully at that. For example when i feed mysis i have to protect the micros with a stick for the next hour till they suck everything down. So lately i have just been giving cyclopeeze and it has slowed growth down majorly. But the fish leave them alone.

So my question is how do you guy feed your micros?

I was thinking feed them in a dome. In a seperate container with flow yada yada. But i dont like messing with them that much. Am i missing something should i just stick with the cyclopeeze?

Let Me Know
thanks

my wrasses could eat a horse and if i feed at night i have the serpent star to deal with.

I usually feed them in the middle of feeding the fish so the fish are occupied but as so as the food stop falling they look over every coralin the tank trying to find something that the corals caught. I might just have to set up some sort of nano or something may be a second fuge for micros

Hey there, I turn off the pumps. spot feed with the mysis, and then I cover the colony with a small glass bowl, depending on the size of the colony. Like a small glass bowl for dips or sauces. Keep that on for 15 -20 minutes, take it off and put pumps back on. fish and hermits clean up after. Hope this helps. Al

yeah i was thinking that was what i should do i might have to do that I had a bad experience doing that once with my sun coral, but i think that is the easiest why to do it then all that is left is to keep the nassaris snail away and i am good.

Anyone else use this tecnique or something diff?
