Feeding my new clown

I just bought a very small clown yesterday (about .5 inch). I tried to feed him these pellets that I have but he shows no interest. What do you guys feed your clowns? Thanks

ps- I would have ran a search but the search feature never works for me.

No I havnt, where can I get some of that? Do you know of any online places because I am not near a LFS. Thank you.

I got my clowns saturday and they have no interest at all in the flake food i have for them.

I also have mysis shrimp and they kinda go at that.......i guess.

I mixed the following in a blender with Kent ZoeMarine:

1/2# tilapia
1/4# scalops
1/4# shrimp

I freeze it and then cut off pieces that I soak for a minute in RO/DI water, then I squeeze all the juice out of the meat, every other feeding, I add some freeze-dried cyclopeeze to the mix.

The clowns (and all other fish, inverst, anemone included) eat this readily.

I have never tried freeze dried cyclopeze. I don't see why it wouldn't work. However, I do use liquid life marine plankton in thier frozen foods section. I have been very happy with that product.

If it's not to much trouble, could some one explain how to post a link to another page like in above post. I appreiciate it, thanks in advance.

When I first got my perculas, they were very tiny. I shaved enriched frozen brine for them. Fed several times a day till they started eating. Had to do extra water changes, but they are just fine now. I've never fed flakes, but do use pellets when I go on vacation. I know you can find real tiny pellets that almost look like pepper. I think the brand I used was hikari.

THe easiest way to post a link to a web site would be to highlight the adress or link in the adress bar. Then right click your mouse and left click copy while the link is still highlighted. Then, when you are replying in a thread, click the "http://" button and right click your mouse. Left click paste, then ok. The link should appear.
