Feeding My Stars

I got two of these stars the other week.....
This pic is the closest I can find mine have more purple to their tips...
What do I feed them?????

The star in the pic is Fromia. Their diet is unknown and they rarely take supplemental feeding. The best guess is that they graze on biofilms. As a result they don't tend to last more than about a year to 18 months in tanks smaller than about 100 gal.

I have also heard that they feed on small sponges, the kind that live under ledges in our tanks.
