Feeding New Life Specturm Pellets

I've been using dainichi and want to give NLS a try.
I'm looking to get the 3mm ones.
What do you guys suggest Thera+A Large Fish Food or the standard Formula?
I'm not really sure of the difference.

I use thera A Mix the 1mm and 2mm. Thats all my fish pretty much eat 3 times a day from the auto feeder. PE mysis maybe once a week. Great food

Currently I'm using the Thera+A. I've used the normal stuff before hand. My fish seem to like it, and everyones colors and health are great. I got the thera+a for free on a trade but I don't know what the difference is as far as ingredients.

I have the normal NLS and my fish love it. I even have a Regal Angel eating it, one of the only foods that make him aggressively eat. He will choose NLS over my mix of frozen foods.

I believe Thera A has garlic added to help boost the immune system of fish

I use the thera a+ 1mm for both my FW and my reef, most fishes really like it. My foxface dashes for the pellets. My covered FW does smell like garlic though because of it.

I have the Thera A and prefer it. Yes it does have garlic added to it, which is always a nice backup to prevent ich, especially if you have alot of tangs like i do.

Good, I was thinking about going with the Thera+A but wasn't sure in a reef. Sounds like a few of you are having good success with it though. Thanks for all the feedback.
