feeding of a NPS tank

I have been running a NSP tank now for a few months and so far things are going alright. I feed once or twice a day with a mix of reef nutrition product (phyto feast, oyster feast, and roti feast). I notice a lot on here that people feed 2-5 times a day and i was wondering, how do you do it? Are you by your tank that often or do you have an auto feeder? If you have an auto feeder please explain how you work it with liquid foods? The more i learn about keeping NPS the more i like it better then a standard reef tank. So please, give me some tips.
