Feeding Orcellius Clownfish

What should I be feeding my Orcellius Clownfish pair? Right now I feed them frozen brine shrimp that I defrost at the beginning of the week and keep in the refrigerator. I add a few drops of Boyd Vitachem when I first defrost the cube. One cube lasts about 5 days or so. Is this going to be sufficient for them?

Ocellaris... gotcha, so much for google checking my spelling.

Don't defrost so much (I only do 1 cube but ok).... gotcha.

Any comments on what I'm feeding them? That was what I was getting at..

IME, clowns are not too picky. Mine eat mysis, pellets, flake, nori, things like Marine Cuisine, Emerald Entree', and other frozen preparations. Brine shrimp is pretty much void of any nutritional value so use it sparingly for a treat, not a staple of their diet.

What he said.

I'll go pickup some mysis today.

What do you think about Marineland Labs Bio-Blen Tropical fish food. I have a whole bottle of it left over from when I had some fresh water fish (which probably explains why it is unopened many years later being tropical fish food and all). Do you think this is ok to feed my Clownfish?
