Feeding question for Blue Carpet

Here are the latest pictures the mouth looks a bit different the other picture was from when I first got it and it was in the tank for about 30 mins. The new pictures are of it today, the first on is the mouth and the second on is the whole anemone, it is a bit tuff to take a picture of since it moved how it was sitting. So the pics are pretty poor. Thank you again for your help

Also i noticed i can get up 20,000k on a 150 watt is that worth going up to? I currently have 150 watt 10,000k. If so what should I look for... sorry i am pretty new at this.
