Feeding question?

Hi there! I have a mixed reef tank, where I have a good mix of SPS, LPS, and some NPS. I also have a good variety of fish. My tank specifications are at the bottom in my signature. However there is plenty of room for growth in my tank. My feeding schedue is as follows. I feed solely Larry's Reef Frenzy daily, along with Nori for tangs. 1 time a week I add 1/4 tsp of reef roids to my aquarium. I've heard of others feeding plankton or cyclopeeze every day or every other day. Would this be beneficial for me and my tank and which is better, plankton or cyclopeeze? Levels are perfect, Ca- 450, alk- 9, mg-1350, NO3-.2<0. Would love some advice.

Personally, I think you would do better with a home made blender mush and live worms for the fish. Keeping the nori of course. Since you have fish in the tank, you really do not need to feed the SPS and other filter feeders as the fish waste will cover this. Any feeding of the LPS and NPS should be target fed and not just dumping food into the tank.

I only use Larry's reef frenzy, as that stuff has everything in it. Plus it is so fresh you could literally cook it and it it yourself. I don't want the hassle of making my own plus the expense. LRS cost me about 20 dollars and last a long while. I was just wondering that since I have some NPS I would like to keep these healthy along with my SPS corals.
