Feeding Red Striped Goby

Just got 2 red striped gobys 2 days ago, fed them for the first time today. I fed them frozen mysis and they seemed to like it, do they have any other diet requirements? All I have on hand is frozen mysis, frozen brine shrimp, frozen bloodworms.

u can also thaw all 3 cubes and refreeze them and break off in cubes so they get a good mix every feeding and add some selcon to it...

Is it absolutely necessary to feed them twice a day? LFS said I should, but I have a nano system and many people have told me to not feed more than once a day :S
