What does everybody feed their ricordias?

When I had mine I fed them frozen Mysid.

mysid, they'll eat most any meaty food they can fit into their mouths IME.

a little bit of light and fish poop....im sure they get some oyster eggs and aminos I feed the tank as well

The fish get Rod's Food and the rics get whatever falls to the bottom.

blood worms, mysis, brine, pellets, anything that falls on them. i spot feed sometimes with mysis once a week but they always have food from daily feedings.

Mysid and sometimes flake food. I also blow cyclopeeze on them occasionally when I am feeding zoos

Never fed my Ric's directly.

I did see one Ric eat a piece of freeze dried cyclopeeze that landed on it though.
