Feeding schedule you would go with for this tank/livestock

In doing my thing based off of my own research. All I'm looking for is what YOU would feed this list, and how much?

I've got 1 keyhole angel, 1 yellow boxfish, and two clowns. the biggest biggest being the angel at about 2 1/2"

I have on hand formula 1 pellets, formula two flakes, and seaweed sheets. Both the clowns and keyhole love the pellets, but the clowns shy from the f2 flakes most of the time.

The box loves his seaweed, and will help the keyhole with the f2 flakes.

What would be your regular feeding times with the above livestock and supplies, and how much at a time would you be feeding them? Thank you for responses

Feed the seaweed at least twice a day and everything else you have plus brine and mysis everytime you feed... Minimum when the lights come on and before they go off since we don't know your light schedule. As to how much, a good rule of thumb is as much is eaten in 2-3 mins
