feeding schedule?

I have fish, anemones, and corals in my tanks, my question is how man times do you feed them a day?

In the mornings i feed them a bit of dried brine shrimp and at night i feed them h2o frozen mysis soaked in selcon and extreme garlic. I feed my 2 rbta silversides daily and they seem to love it. My question is, is should i continue to keep my feeding schedule or cut it down a bit?

Do you have any algae starting to grow? Increased feeding could lead to extra nutrients and algae growth. If not, and everything is thriving, I wouldn't change a thing.

no algae is starting to grow, its been the same, everything is thriving, i have noticed a little bit of brown algae growing on the sand(i mean very minimal) but thats about it.

Since everything seems like it's running smoothly, I would be inclined to keep doing what's working. Why change a good thing? I only feed my tank once a day with either flake food or a homemade frozen blend. But I also only have a 20 gallon tank.

thats true, thanks for the input, yea my 90 has been set up for about a month now, but i was just referring to my 30g. I'm planning on moving everything over to the 90g as soon as i get my chiller. AZ gets really hot, just been lucky so far this time of year.

I dont think the anemones need to be fed an entire silverside daily. I dont even feed mine, but if I did, I would give it maybe 1/2 or 1/2 of a silverside weekly.

yea thats what everyone says, but it doesn't seem to bother at all. We'll just see i guess. I mean its not showing any sign of being over fed.

Everyone probably says that for a reason. Chances are every night a few hours after lights out it is regurgitating most of that meal.
