feeding sexy shrimp

Hi all
posted this in the nano forum with no results so far. I have 3 sexies in a 3 gal with 4 lbs LR for filtration. I do a 10% water change once a week. I also have some shrooms, zoos, frogspawn frags, and small CUC. Just wondering what to feed my little guys, how often and how much!

I have a 24 gallon nano with 10 sexy shrimp, a few gobies, a flower anenome and a bunch of different softies. I feed a pinch of flakes every day, and a cube of frozen about once a week for everything else. The shrimp go after the flakes when I toss them in, and go nuts for the frozen stuff. Don't know if this is ideal, but it works for me and everything is doing fine going on 4+ months. HTH
