feeding suggestion

I live far from any saltwater shop so I do not get to go very offten and I would like to know what the best quality food would be that has a long shelf life? And what food would be the most benifical for my live stock?

Tank Stock:

1 sharp nose puffer
1 damsel
2 clowns

yellow leather
zoos
mushroom
ricorda
xenia

I use a variety of foods. The frozen stuff I use is Marine Cuisine, and a variety of algaes, mysis shrimp, and sand eels ( puffer)
The dried foods consist of freeze dreid krill(your puffer will love it also)
