Feeding suggestions?

I struggle with figuring out how much to feed my fish and realize that I probably over feed so I'd be interested in hearing how much and how often you'd feed the following:

Hippo Tang
Yellow Tang
Foxface
2 Clownfish
2 Chromis (yes, two... I've heard they don't do well in pairs but mine are doing fine)
Purple Firefish
Jawfish
Royal Gamma
Mandarin (eats pods, obviously)

The ultimate goal is to have happy fish and to lower my nitrate/phosphate level which always seems to be a bit high.

Currently I put a sheet of seaweed in the tank daily and feed about a little over a "cube" size portion of LRS Reef Frenzy and some pellets each day.

It really depends on how efficient is your nutrient export.

I have 7 fish, including 2 tangs and I feed 3-4 cubes a day. I don't thaw and discard fluids. I have trouble keeping nitrates above 1-0.5ppm. Just had to reduce my fuge light schedule to try and allow more nutrients to stay in system.

No algae in DT.

I'm dealing with some Green Hair Algae now, which is what brought the question to mind.

You say you feed 3-4 cubes a day for 7 fish. I have 10 fish and feed a little over a cube a day. It makes me think I might be underfeeding.

That just means your export is less than what you are feeding.

I'm working on changing that. Although I've been dosing NoPox almost since day one.
