What kind of foods do you use for feeding SPS, and LPS?

What kind of mixtures?

I use Rogger's mix that has a variety of great stuff in it for the fish and corals. All my sps/lps polyps open up huge after I feed.

I also make and dose Randy's two part home made solution with 3rd part magnesium. 2 times a week I does Seachem/Dr. G's amino acids. Once every 2 weeks I dose kent marine iodine.

I think for the best growth, color, and general health of corals and fish is going back to basic husbandry. Doing regular water changes, maintaining stable water parameters, and regular cleaning and maintenence.

I do keep the tank clean & do my water changes and cleanings. I was just wondering what kind of Food some people put in to feed their coals. I use cyclopees, marine snow and bioplankton.
