feeding tiny fish

I got a Yellow Watchman Goby yesterday and he is TINY. Tried giving him frozen brine shrimp and although he took a bite, he spit it out. What should I get him (live) to eat until I can HOPEFULLY get him acclimated over to prepared foods? And where do I get it?

I don't have an answer for your question, but I got one yesterday as well and just like yours mine is TINY, never seen one so small. I was hesitant to get him but his personality said "take me home". Thankfully he has a voracious appetite, when I fed the tank he shot out from his hiding place for both flake and frozen brine shrimp. Do you have pods? Maybe he's nibbling on them when you're not looking. I bet given a little while to settle in he'll be just fine.

I didn't put him in the DT b/c he is so small - I put him in my fuge where there are lots of pods. Think that will be sufficient? There is no sand in the fuge - will that be a problem?

soak some small pellet food so it sinks to the bottom or try blood worms they all love blood worms (i think)....

Sadly I found my little fellow dead this morning. The crabs and snails were making quick work of him but I disposed of what was left, amazing what the CUC can do.

sorry for your loss. My little buddy is still in the fuge, but I'm considering putting him in the DT tonight. He's fat & sassy now, but my pods have diminished considerably!!!

Is it better to buy a larger specimen or a smaller one? I had thought the smaller ones might be easier to acclimate to flake & frozen foods. But I don't know - maybe the smaller ones might be more likely to die? Anyone know from experience which is better to buy?
