So one of my systems is fish-less right now to rid it of our wonderful friend ich. But, what about the anemone? Normally he eats fish/scallops. Can I feed him, or will the fish-based food keep the ich alive?
As far as I know, ich does not feed on dead tissue. Since your anemone also eats scallop you could just stick with that if you are worried. Cryptocaryon irritans *does* require a fish host and scallop won't cut it.
2nd that. The ICH needs live fish in the tank for days to develop. Dead fish for seconds or minuted untill consumed by the nem is going to do nothing for the pest. I'd just feed as usual, and avoide any unnecesary changes in the rutine.
