Feeding Zoas, leathers, mushrooms and LPS coral.

Recently bought the H2o frozen coral food and would like to know how often does everyone else feed their corals. I usually use the Kent chromamax coral food every other day along with some food that i desolve into a liquid. I know they say regular water changes and fish poo feeds them but any little info will go a long way. My corals are already growing at a fast rate but anything to help them along the way will be great.

I feed my corals once a week...otherwise corals do not need to be fed unless you have lps which require spot feeding and a few non photosynthetic corals... Feeding your corals too much is like feeding your fish too much...nitrates will go up maybe ammonia too..just my two cents
