Feeding

I have 3 bluegreen chromis and I was woundering when do I have to feed them because over the past week I feed them every 2 days with flake food? Should I give them some other food like mysis shrimp?

Mine would eat anything. I feed all my fish flake food once or twice a day and reef crack once a week. The reef crack feed my fish and all my corals too.

How abut corals because I have a toadstool and a star polyp that I just got? How long does it take for a coral to fully open up?

Those corals will not require feeding. Feed your fish more often and with more variety including frozen some of the time.
