Feeding

When is the best time to feed my tank? My lights come on while I'm at work and usually are off when I get home...I've been feeding when the LED Moon lights are on. I don't know if this is the best time to be feeding?

I feed mine first thing in morning 30 min after lights on.(830am) the lights go off at noon. Lights come back on at 245pm we feed at 7pm and lights back off at 830. We have approx 8 hours of lights then moon lights for the remainder. We also feed them like a middle income family lol flakes 3 out of 5 days , mysis 2 and alternate flake mysis and shrimp on weekends lol what the heck they eat better than the kids do lol

Yes, on for about 5.5 hours from mid day till early evening

I feed my reef before lights off at around nine or ten ish target feed corals twice a week and feed my shrimp and fish on monday wednesday and friday (I will occasionally feed them on the weekend but tend to do water changes then).
P.S. if you want to get a shrimp My cleaner shrimp loves to just eat food right off my finger
