Feeding

Hi everyone, im wondering if im feeding enough. I have 9chromis 2 clown 4 anthias 3 cardinals in a 90g reef with some corals. Also cuc of banded trochus, zebra hermits, pep shrimps, one blood shrimp and serpant starfish. Befor the anthias i was only feeding once a day sometimes skip a day. Because they need more frequent i have now been feeding twice a day. Usually hikari spirulina brine (rectangle not "cube") around noon and then a mysis cube in the evening. Every couple days i throw in either newlife spectrum cichlid pellet(was recomended by fellow reefer because of higher vegi content) or tetracolour flakes. Also every two or three days i put in a pinch or two of reeF roids.

Everything in my tank looks happy and healthy so im not concerned at all but just wondering if this is too much too little or should i do something different ?

Thanks

Wow, nice tank, the smaller anthias have a grater need regarding feeding frequency given there smaller system holds less food. One of my takeaways from the subject is warmer water boosts metabolism, so the warmer the tank the hungrier the fish.
I'm no expert but that's my 2 cents.

+1 most anthias do better if they can eat multiple times per day. Definitely doesn't look like you're over feeding but maybe the camera didn't capture the food well in the video. If you aren't running into NO3/PO4 issues I'd maybe increase the feeding a bit. If your anthias will eat pellets or flakes I'd recommend using one of the Eheim auto feeders to make life a little easier.

I get consistantly almost 0 nitrate readings but my phos fluctuates between .5 and about 1.25. I was thinking of getting one of those mesh bags with gfo to bring that down but i also read that it can work to fast and remove to much nutrients. Not sure about the sponge filters. What do you guys recomend ?
Im still super noob when it comes to chemistry side so i just do water changes anytime i notice something off and i test every 2 3 days. recently i did first bit of "dosing" to bring alk up but i just used a little of the reef builder.

Also my temp swings from about 77 78 middle of night to about 81 during peak lighting (t5 mh combo). Is that too much of a seing ?

By the way thanks for the replies i appreciate it.
Also the video wasnt during feeding, just quick clip to give idea of what im working with.

Thanks again
