people have told me that they feed there tangs and angels roman lettuce just wondering if true they are kinda picking at my new zoas that i just bought i was wondering if i clip so of this inside they mite stop.

I'd think if they have more interesting things to graze on that would definitely be the case. Any kind of nori and I have seen romaine lettuce. I try to personally stick with whats normally found in the sea, though. You can get inexpensive nori at an asian grocer but just make sure its plain unsalted etc etc.. I like the variety and vitamins in the mixed up types. Lately I've been using Julian Sprungs. Haven't met a tang that can resist the purple color yet.

I've used both romaine lettuce and Nori. My seems to like the lettuce better.
