feeding

when it comes to feeding my fish am i going about it wrong? i feed everyday mysis. I have thought about feeding flakes then alternating it with flakes, my bf says to only feed t he mysis since itt has more protein but my flame seems to be losing his color what should i do and what is best?

My pigmy angel likes alot of algea in it's diet I use nori

IMO mysis as the only food is not as good as if you mix it up. It is recommended to feed fishes a varied diet. Angels in particular need their greens. Just my .02

I think angels have a varied diet... does your bf only eat protein? There are a couple of frozen foods available suited more for angels, which contain a good amount of sponge in them also. I'd get a little more variety over just mysis.
