Anyone know where I can find a feminus wrasse? Mark and I saw one at aquatic gallery and it's gotta be the most beautiful fish I've ever seen before. I was watching it and it was inspecting every zoanthid and SPS very thoroughly! Seems like an awesome fish to have in a reef. Here's a pic of what they look like.

Best of luck keeping it alive. These guys are touchy touchy touchy. I don't know of anyone, public aquariums included, who have kept one alive for more than several months.

Apparently aquatic gallery has had theirs for awhile. I found one at liveaquaria.com for about $200 but their currently out. They also have a 14 day guarentee which is nice.

What's "awhile"? :D

I'm not sure but they had it in January when I was there and they had it when I was there last weekend.

Jordan, why don't you give Billy a jingle. Did you get those zoas sent off. If not, lets do that this weekend.

And what do we say about people who claim success with an animal after 3 months? :D

Do you have a fine sand bed? Does the store? What kinds of tankmates will it have? How big is the tank it's going to go into?

heck... just about every one of our wrasses would be a terror for smaller shrim, hehe :).. just so long as we cna keep our cleaner and peppermints, I wouldn't really care, personally :D
