im new to the salt water tank.. i recently purchased a 14gallon biocube and i picked up a sand sifting goby and a clown two weeks later i picked up a bicolor Pseudochromis and it is beating up on my goby i dont know what to do.

You'll probably have to remove one of the two. The psuedochromis is an aggressive fish despite it's size and he will harass the Goby to death. I would probably remove him because he will likely cause the same problem if you try to introduce something else. If you like the look of the bicolor, consider adding a Royal Gramma instead. Close to the same color but much milder personality.
