fighting conch not eating

I added a fishting conch to my tank last week and after the first day it has stayed burrowed into the sand. I'm worried that it's not eating. Is this 'normal' behavior? I added a strip of nori near bye, but it get eated by the cuc. Jim

Very normal, as I just posted on another thread mine stay buried for weeks at a time. Plenty for them to eat in deep sand bed.
