Fighting Conch with strange growth

I have a fighting conch it has bean in my tank for about 3 months, it now has little uhh, hairs they are white and appears to have little polyps at the end the branches. Any quick identifications I can post a picture tonight.

All of mine have similar decorations. I periodically give them a haircut.
