Fighting

So I decided to add a six line wrasse to my29 bio cube. He joined my clownfish and my royal gramma. The gramma was aggressive immediately my clown fish hosts my out flow valve, so the gramma claimed the whole tank and rock work as his own. After a hour of fighting and chasing it as time to take drastic measures. I rearranged our entire aqua scraping to give everyone a fair shot at a new home. The six line and the gramma was scared to death of my working, but the clown fish was loving the entire process watching and following every movement. Not sure wt to think now. Waiting to get up close to see if the fighting has stopped. I want everybody to chill out first. Don't want anybody to have. Heart attack. I'm up to any advice on how to get this situation fixed or if I did all I can do..

You probably did all you can do in a small tank. All 3 of those can be aggressive in small tanks.

I just had take out my 6 line also. He was too aggressive.

Our gramma is the most aggressive one. The clown is an easy goin lil guy, and our 6 line has been a little skiddish but has now found a little cove he likes

get him out!!!! lol if you want. my 6 line has done just fine with my clowns and copper band. but ive had a gramma a bassellet and a coral beauty (not all at once). they were the three most aggressive fish ive ever had the coral beauty chased a fairy wrasse out of my tank while i was at work , the gramma use to beat up on anything that came near it, and the bassellet bit a chunk outa my copper band. i was only try to please the gf with these fish and every time they ended up way to aggressive for my forty. needless to say she gave in and each time they ended up back at the fish store. now my tank is at peace with a sixline copperband and two clowns. only problem is the mail clown likes to attack me.

That's strange, usually it's the larger female clown that likes to attack. When clowns are small, they're usually easygoing, when they grow up they act like the damsels that they are LOL. 6 lines usually get aggressive once they settle in & you try to add a new fish.

We were looking at a dart fish for our last one. Looks like we added them in the wrong order. The gramma is so fast. It will be super hard to catch him and return him safely

Our clown fish is about three and a half inches. It is not small... But so friendly, our tank is so goofy. It is as if the gramma has claimed the entire rock work as his home. Which isn't a problem for the clown who loves her outflow valve.

Everything has calmed down. Moving the rock work was a great thing.
