Weird, totally different polyp extension in your tank and quite different in coloration. But it looks good and is starting to encrust. After about a year of encrusting, it'll start to grow much faster for you.

Nope, I don't post pics because I don't have a good camera. Of my 2 mini colonies, the one up highest under high alternating flow is brightest. However, it is yellow through and through with pink polyps and looks just like this, although the polyps aren't quite as pink because it is primarily under German 14k bulbs, not XM20k like Hugos:
