Anyone with a Fiji 38 gallon aquarium? Currently I have 2 ai16 hd primes. They are mounted around 8 inches off surface. I have mostly lps and softies. I’m debating adding a third prime or open to changing lights all out. Al the edges just doesn’t seem to be enough light. The tank is 32” long. Thanks

Two should be plenty. Each is designed to cover a 24”x24” spread. A third isn’t going to hurt anything but I don’t see a need at the same time.
That said, what kind of mounting height do you have them at? If you want to switch up lighting, a single Reefi Uno 2 mounted about 9-12 inches above the water with the 90 degree reflectors should cover your entire tank.
If you want to keep what you have and not break the bank (as much), I’d consider a T5 hybrid mount such as this: Giesemann Stellar T5 Hybrid LED Retro Fixture (CLOSEOUT) (just missed their amazing Black Friday special though but still a good deal). The 24” should be perfectly fine for your scenario
