Thanks, I will let you know if I can get down that way. I am in Spencerport, work downtown, and rarely get further East than that due to gas (I drive a GMC 2500 HD 4x4). Do you ever get up toward Downtown?
I am coming to irondequoit friday if justin wants to prepare and meet me at my home, I will bring the fish and you can meet me, I will be in the CF and TRS areas. LMK
How difficult is it to catch a filefish in a tank with lots of live rock?
Also, justin, how big is your filefish? If i remember, your "pet" aiptasia is about 5 inches... AROUNDDD. I think, that aip might be hungry for a filefish :lmao:
The filefish is 3-4" long. I got it from Mike about a month or so ago.
It's in the tall basement tank Eric. That "spire" rock never had any aipts. on it but it's possible that it has nipped/eaten a few seafoam palys that plague that rock...I welcome it's help in the eradication process.
The two aipts in the 37g you referred to are indeed a "part" of the livestock lol. They have been in there for over a year and haven't spread, som they may even be a different species altogether, idk.
Ugh...I'm tied up til 530ish with kids. If you feel like heading north by way of Bloomfield/Victor then stop on way quick and grab it. I can have it rdy for a quick transfer.
we can do it after 530 it will give me more breathing room on time anyhow. Im about 7 minutes from your house, I live on the other side of the park from srixon
Thanks Justin and Dex for helping me out!!! Nice to meet Dex and Joe. File Fish is in, situated and "hunting" like a mad man!!!! I hope the mushrooms make it, they did not like getting removed!!
