file size too big

Can anyone resize this picture for me? I got it down to 150x150 , where i would like it but to get it to the right filesize on my program makes it look VERY low quality. So if anyone can help me out thanks.

it's the same one i have right now i just wanted it a little bigger.

Do you have the original image? Also, how large do you want it.

That one above is set for web resolution at 72 DPI. The original would be better to work with.

they original should be the same. i just resized the original to 150, where i would like it.

That's the max allowed pixel size 150 x 150 and about as high a quality as i could get, let me know if that helps you.

Nope the file size came out to be about 8743 bytes, so close.

The file that you have tried to attach is too big. The maximum size is 8192 bytes.

So what ever you did, just do it a little more, lol. Thank you so much for helping.

ah, it got resized again when i posted it i guess.. on my computer it's the right size.
