Yeah that is a cheap price, pretty much on par with the cost of the salt itself! (depending upon where you go)... out here premixed typically goes for $1 per gallon.
Heck I can't see how a store could make money at 30 cents per gallon, a 150g bucket of salt costs anywhere between $30-40 out here at cost!
