Filter Question?

My hang on the back filter just stopped working all of a sudden. I took it apart and cleaned all its parts and plugged it back in hoping it would work but unfortunately it doesn't. It may be a few days until I can go to the store to get a new one. So how long can the tank go without a filter? I still have my pump and light working, but is that enough?

Yeah you should be fine just as long as you have some kind of water movement and agitation going on.

Our rocks act as a biological filtration job usally for carbon and filter floss.

Thank you, I wasn't sure if it was really bad or not. If I just do more frequent water changes until I can replace the filter, will it be okay?

Do you have surface movement powerhead ? You could I ran my nano with just
2 power heads never had a problem once week water change and topoff every moring.

I only have one powerhead running on the tank, I forgot the output. But there seems to be adequate flow in the tank
