Hi

I have been running a 46 gallon tank with live rock, 5 fishes, LPS, SPS, polyps, cleaners and inverts for 5 years with (1) Fluval 406 filter.

My son just got rid of his 75 gallon tank. I contacted the dealer and the tank can not be drilled to have an internal overflow box. I don't want an external overflow with fear of it overflowing. Can I rig up a setup of two 406 Fluvals? Filter A removes water to a sump and filter B returns it to the aquarium? I want to place my skimmer and reactor into the sump. Are there any problems with this setup?

Thank you!

Why exactly cant it be drilled? Who is the dealer? If you paid a company for a tank, they need to fill the customers need.
