does anyone run a filter plus a skimmer on their tanks?? ive got a remora, but after adding live rock from my other tank the water has been really cloudy. Any suggestions for a filter if needed?

if its brand new i know alot of skimmers will make micro bubbles untill they are broken in or have been properly adjusted. hope that helps.
