Fin-nipping Midas blenny

I have a 80 gallon tank with a fire goby, blue green chromis, and midas blenny. Today I noticed that the blue green chromis's dorsal fin was a little nipped, and I saw the midas nip at the blue green chromis. The blue green chromis is a juvenile. I will be adding a royal gramma, fasher wrasse and clownfish. Will the clowns become the dominant one so that the midas blenny will stop? But after that one nip, the midas blenny stop bothering the fish, and does not pay so much attention to it. And the blue green chromis swims and follows around the midas blenny

My midas will occasionally nip at other fish. It's never been a problem though.

At least in my tank, it's a "hey, you got too close to me" nip, not a "you're in my territory, so I will chase your around the tank" nip :)
