Fin Rot on my Angelfish?

Ive noticed recently some discoloured patches of scales on the flanks of this Angelfish and some patches over his eyes that at first loooked like damage but now like a bacterial/fungal problem. Fin Rot is generally stated as starting at the edges of outer fins and working in and his fin tips are very slightly damaged but it looks more like the result of nipping there.
Photos aren't great but he's still zipping around and difficult to photo.

Anyone with any ideas and suggested treatments?

Look up HLLE and see if that fits your description. Most common on tangs, but angels get it too.
