Fin rot?

Does this look like fin rot to you guys? I just got this fish about a week ago and I noticed the fin a little messed up but I thought mabey it was being bullied at the store, but it seems to be worse.. What do you guys think and if so how can I treat it?

if it is fin rot and in the DT, in my experience if you keep the water quality up it will heal on its own. you could try adding some kanaplex or metro (I don't remember which one) ...or both to the food and it might help, but I've had minor fin damage in the past and just keeping water quality up helped.
