Final lighting!!!!! Maybe??

Ok so after much research I think this is the lighting set up I am going to use on my 60 cube (24"x24"x24"). I think I will use a Lumen bright DE mini pendant with an Ice Cap 250w HQI electronic ballast. I am thinking of using the Pheonix 250 watt HQI 14,000 K double end bulb for this set up. I want a crisp white/ blue tint look. Other bulb recomendations are welcome. I am also thinking of somehow mounting a PFO Night Viewing Light moonlight to the pendant fixture. Should I use the flat or mogul base unit? Will the reflector reflect the moonlight into the tank if I mount the flat one inside the housing? Also what else do I need to connect the Lumen Bright to the IceCap ballast? Thanks Chris
