i am so excited right now i think i found my "place"
id like to introduce myself, my name is adam
ive been in to reef tanks for many years -- since i moved to arcata to go to school. i actually got into the hobby just before i started college, while i was with a fw fanatic gf
i started with a 5.5g hand-me-down that slowly filled with corals. that was cool but i wanted more (and on an affordable college-student budget)... my friend worked at the lfs during my high school days got me a great deal on a 29g tru vu that i set up a few months into my college experience. i had that 29g running for about 5 or 6 years. i took it down in november 2008 when i moved to santa rosa from arcata and it was a horrible mistake! i miss that system!
i have the tank sitting here... but i cant fill it yet
for now i have a few picos/nanos -- 2.5g, 5.5g, and 10g AGA all in one setups...
i have a bunch of frags and would love to trade and go to meeting and be a part of this club... ive been hoping there was something like this out here im happy to have found it!

Adam,

Glad you found us. look forward to meeting you. Our next meeting is a tank tour on Aug 15th. We meet once a month and do raffles, frag swaps, and when possible speakers. Stay on RC and this message board and you'll be well connected.

Bob
