Finally got some tubs!

I broke down and went to the internet to get some blue zoas. I got blue tubs, blue orgasm "I think" and some other blues with green skirts. First day in the tank but they are looking better all the time.

I know. Shortly after realizing I'd lost them, I found the DoaNutz micro I bought from Dave and a nice non Indo micro from Marvin had been pushed 6 or 8" from where I had them by the freakin crabs in the frag tank into a frag of a different type of Acan (similar to echinata, but somewhat different)I had gotten at the swap. Nuked em both. Not a happy day...

Those second blues look like some I got from brandon (from the Chattanooga club) at the swap. They didn't get lost.

I got them off of ebay from seller 52newlands he posts on rc as Leishman. I payed out the wazzo for these but I payed for 4 frags and he sent me 6 different types of zoas and there are some red/pink ones in here that will knock your socks off look like AOG but in pink and red. I cant get a decent pick of them but i'll get one up asap. Anyway, I would highly recomend this guy. You can check out his photobucket gallery at http://s8.photobucket.com/albums/a16/p96531/

whats the names of the zoas in the fisrt pic? i got to get some of them..im gonna get some of the blue tubs also but the bergundy looking zoas would be cool to....if someone wants to split a frag with me of these if we can find them lmk....

Nice! I used to have a pretty big rock of zoas that looked just like the tubs ones. I got it at fishy business in bowling green. I lost them due to tank problems though.

If they reddish ones have a bluish ring, they look similar to Zombie Eyes.

He has them named Zombie eyes in his gallery. They don't look bergundy at all in person though, they are pink and red. I'm sure this guy has more.

One last one... are those photos touched up? They look amazing! Almost too good to be true.

Tubs is the RC name of a guy that named some blue zoas, hence Tubs blues. He is also very closely tied to alot of other LE type corals (either in origination or distribution). He ran a website (can't remember if it was rarefrags.com or exoticfrags.com (he quit for a few months and now there is some reorganization of several websites).
