Are you sure they are not bleached out? I've had some Yumas look exactly like that after being shocked by too much light.

That's really cool! I haven't had a chance to read everyones posts here but where did you find them?

I wonder if they aren't a color variant based on light\temp like the way you can see some rainbow variants in other corals.

Very neat find and pretty i might add!

I have a yuma almost the exact color. Yellow yumas are one of my favorites. I got it from 60cube. Thanks again Lance. It is doing great. My camera won't take good pics but here goes.
BTW, nice shrooms bitis316. What camera did you get? I need a better one but cash flow and all. I friend of mine has a rock covered in yellow and green shrooms. I maintain her tank. I am thinking a few might die off to be found no more some day. LOL

Mine are thriving.....People can say there bleached all they want...But I got the man working with one of them now.....As they grow i will prop.......Way more pics to come......It makes me excited and a few of you out there with open minds.....Thanks the to few that don't bash others work......

BTW- My personal observation of "bleached" mushrooms is that they turn completely white before they melt away. No patterning.

When you prop them, let me know. I just might have a trade you would be interested in.

That is a great color!!! What do they look like under actinic lighting?? I bet they glow. Good luck with those guys, and let us know how it goes,

But if the mushroom is bleached, why would you want to trade or prop it?
